Gathering, Creating, and Connecting
Our Activities
At Voyage, we occasionally host events that create space for reflection, creativity, and community. These gatherings are simple but meaningful opportunities to come together, build relationships, and enjoy fellowship in a Christ-centered environment. From Reflection Nights to seasonal outings, these moments are meant to help people slow down, connect, and share life together in ways that are welcoming, thoughtful, and full of grace.
Reflection Nights are one of the ways we gather for meaningful evenings of beauty, thought, and connection. These nights have included poetry, music, readings, spoken word, painting, food, and conversation. We have hosted them around seasons like Easter and Christmas, creating space for people to reflect, enjoy creative expression, and share in warm community together.
At the heart of these evenings is a desire to make room for people to slow down and be present. Whether through music, visual art, shared meals, or thoughtful readings, these gatherings offer a peaceful and welcoming space where people can connect with one another and enjoy a rich sense of fellowship.
We also occasionally host Art Afternoons, where people gather for crafts and hands-on creative projects in a relaxed and friendly setting. Over time, these have included Christmas crafts, watercolor, candle lanterns, and Scripture penmanship. These kinds of gatherings give people a chance to enjoy conversation, creativity, and connection all at once.
These moments are not just about making something with our hands, but about making space for community. Through shared activities and simple conversation, Art Afternoons help us share warmth and friendship.
Voyage has also hosted a conference focused on love, dating, and marriage, creating space for thoughtful conversation and encouragement around relationships. Events like this give people an opportunity to reflect more deeply on important areas of life while learning and growing together in community.
Beyond indoor gatherings, we also enjoy getting together outdoors throughout the year. We’ve done apple picking, group hikes, and sugar shack outings, and these experiences have become another meaningful way for people to connect. There is something special about sharing time together in God’s creation, enjoying the season, and building friendships in a natural and joyful way.
Whether it is a reflective evening, a creative afternoon, a conference, or a seasonal outing, these events are part of how we cultivate community at Voyage. If you’d like to learn more about upcoming events, get in touch to learn more.
